YouTube: 8 min abs, 8 min buns + 100 squats everyday :) I think that you could probably get away with doing 8 min legs instead of doing the squats and still get the same results. Or vice-versa. I like to do the squats because I can do it anywhere, whereas the YouTube video requires an Internet connection. I also try not to eat very much wheat( wheat, not necessarily gluten)- it makes me very sick. I found that when I cut most/all wheat out of my diet I lost weight very quickly. I feel much better, have more energy and it also makes for nicer skin.
